Tommi’s Burger Joint appears to be another Berlin classic. I never came around to try it, but since I went on a burger spree for The Urban Animals, I tried their Ku’damm branch as well.
The Bird can be summed up by a simple tagline: Good meat. And lots of it.
Shiso Burger currently serves its asian-style burgers at 5 locations in 4 cities around Europe. They’re breathing new air into an old classic, while still retaining the fries.
The Burgermeister was one of my first regular places in Berlin: It was close enough to work that it made a nice lunch place, and they serve up honest grub for an okay price.
Burger Now is not on any culinary map of Berlin. I found it by accident when I got hungry on the western side of the city - no hip location, no tourist hordes. Just burgers.
